Operation Needle says more than 7,000 bikers travelled through Liverpool City Centre on their way to the Isle of Man this year.
The force recovered eight motorbikes in total - five of which belonged to TT bikers - and all were returned to their owners within 24 hours of being stolen.
Officers arrested three people over the festival period for theft of or from a motor vehicle.
