There are 130 people on the First Time Buyers Register.
Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer revealed the figure in the House of Keys yesterday.
It was in response to a question from Onchan MHK Rob Callister, who had asked how many people were currently on the Register.
Mr Harmer revealed as of March 6, there are 130 applicants - however, 102 of those aren't in a position to buy immediately.
