Fire crews were called to a house in St Johns yesterday following a kitchen fire.
Firefighters from Peel and Douglas were called out after a kitchen hob caught light shortly before 6pm.
Fortunately, the fire was out before crews arrived and all householders were unhurt.
The Fire and Rescue Service cleared the building of smoke using a positive pressure fan.
