The Island’s Fire and Rescue Service says it was called to a small fire in a Douglas hotel earlier.
On Facebook, firefighters say they were called to the Regency Hotel on Queen’s Promenade shortly after 4.30pm.
A small blaze was found and tackled in the basement.
Fire crews spent around 90 minutes putting out the flames and carrying out checks.
