The fire service is warning people about the risks of festive fires as Christmas approaches.
It says you should never light candles near trees or materials which can easily catch fire.
Firefighters also warn they shouldn't be left unattended.
They add lights should be checked to see they have safety marks, and you should make sure they're unplugged at night.
