A man was taken to hospital in the early hours of yesterday morning following a flat fire in Douglas.
The teams were dispatched to the Bucks Road apartment block just after 1am.
Fire-fighters entered the property wearing breathing apparatus to search for any trapped occupants, luckily the fire was put out swiftly and all residents were eventually accounted for.
The occupant of the smoke logged apartment was taken to Nobles as a precautionary measure after inhaling some smoke.
It's thought there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the fire.
