Fire crews were called to an incident in the south of the Island earlier today.
At 10.59am, Castletown crews were called to Wigan road in Ballamodha after a car crashed.
Upon arrivals, fire-fighters discovered a woman trapped inside the vehicle.
She was freed and later checked over by paramedics at the scene.
