Four properties across the Island were struck by lightning in the early hours of this morning.
Fire crews responded to a number of incidents between 4am and 5am.
Two properties in Port Soderick and Foxdale Road were hit alongside two others in Hillside Avenue and Pinehurst Glen which suffered 'significant structural damage' when lightning struck the roof.
Between 4-4:50am Emergency Services attended nine incidents in total.
Properties at Marine Drive and Pinehurst Glen were reportedly struck, with the latter suffering major damage to its roof and electrics.
A third property on the Foxdale Road also suffered electrical damage and one at Hillside Avenue had its chimney stack damaged by a strike.
Manx Utilities were called to check on all electrical supplies within each of the properties.
