Firefighters were called to Noble's Hospital last night after a fire at the Grainagh Court facility.
Half of it had to be evacuated due to the blaze which started at 9.40pm.
The Department of Health and Social Care says the cause of the fire is not yet known and it would not be wise to speculate at this time.
No patients or staff were injured - the facility is now open and operational.
