There are reports of a fire at South Quay in Douglas.
Firefighters and police are warning the public to avoid the area whilst emergency services tackle the blaze.
Officers are describing it as a 'serious' incident, and say they'll update the public as soon as possible.
IOM Transports also says some Douglas services are experiencing delays because of a closure on the quay.
