A man from Ramsey has been fined £260 after repeatedly flouting parking rules.
38-year-old Martyn James Slade, of Glen Elfin Road, admitted four offences at Douglas Courthouse last week.
The court heard he'd been caught parking in the Ramsey Town Hall car park, without a permit or parking disc, on three occasions in July and one in August.
Magistrates also ordered Slade to pay prosecution costs of £125.
