Abortion campaigners say new figures show more than seven women a month travel to the UK for a termination.
The data shows last year 88 women gave Manx addresses when they went to UK medical facilities for an abortion.
Samantha Heard from the Campaign for Abortion Law Modernisation - which is pushing to change the law about on-Island abortions - says it's disgraceful women still have to travel away.
