A football club in Douglas has applied for permission to give its clubhouse and facilities a facelift.
St George's AFC, based on Glencrutchery Road, says it wants to provide new showers and changing rooms for players and officials.
It's also applied for planning permission to build more toilets, new laundry facilities, a larger car park and a new entrance to the site.
The club says its existing clubhouse is in a poor state of repair and it currently uses a number of temporary toilets and storage units.
The club says in recent years it's grown to become the Island's largest - with a huge surge in demand.
But it says because it's a charity it's been unable to go ahead with a previous improvement scheme it already had planning permission for.
And it adds visitors who camp on its pitch during TT are currently forced to use temporary buildings to shower in.
The club says its new plans would solve all of those problems - if the planning committee gives the go-ahead.
