People with minor injuries are being asked NOT to attend Noble's Hospital emergency department today due to an "extremely high demand".
Instead, anyone with a minor injury is asked to go to Ramsey District Cottage Hospital instead.
The northern hospital is open every day between 8am and 8pm.
