Isle of Man Railways says its steam trains will help commuters with this weekend's bus strike.
Additional trains will run on Friday to help travellers on the first day of a four-day walkout by drivers.
The first will leave Port Erin at 7.45am and return from Douglas at 3.10pm.
There'll also be an extra train at 4.20pm from Douglas, and one at 4.30pm from Port Erin.
