Police have closed a footpath in the south of the Island after finding unexploded ordnance.
The path at Spanish Head between Cregneash and The Sound was shut just after 4.30pm.
Disposal experts from the UK have been called in.
Officers say the path will remain closed until 9pm on Monday at the latest.
