Registrations are now open for the event - which returns on Wednesday, December 22 - and for the first time - is open to junior runners.
The Dash kicks off at 12.30pm outside the Isle of Man Bank on Prospect Hill in Douglas.
Entry is free, but runners are encouraged to raise funds for a charity of their choice.
