The decision to consolidate the Isle of Man's endoscopy services is permanent.
That's the message from the Department of Health and Social Care.
It's found itself under fire recently after moving services in Ramsey back to Noble's Hospital after concerns over waiting lists.
At a meeting of the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee last week chief executive Malcolm Couch was quizzed as to why the move hadn't gone the other way instead:
