The annual Employment and Skills Event will take place today.
Between 9am and 5pm school pupils will be invited to speak to different businesses and organisations about teamwork, problem solving, and many other employability skills.
The event is open to the general public - and says it provides an an opportunity to either look for a new career or talk about returning to work after time out.
It'll take place at the Villa Marina in Douglas.
