Emergency services came to the aid of a casualty following a crash in Crosby in the early hours of Sunday.
Douglas firefighters were called to the scene at around 2.30am to initial reports of a person being trapped following a single vehicle collision.
They worked with police and paramedics to get the casualty out - who was then given initial checks by ambulance teams before being taken to Nobles Hospital.
