Four key areas for improvement have been identified in an independent review of education on the Isle of Man.
Etio's second annual report highlights the need to improve lesson planning, make better use of assessment data, adapt teaching to meet learners' needs and strengthen leadership.
The review also praises schools for their inclusive approach, saying pupils feel safe, valued and supported while benefiting from a wide range of learning experiences.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture says it welcomes the findings and will work with schools and education partners on the next steps.
