Economic Downturn Forces Closure of MFPD Properties
Due to the current economic downturn the Manx Foundation for the Physically Disabled has been forced to sell two properties.
The MFPD have put it down to low interest rates and a considerable reduction in donations from the public.
The two buildings up for sale currently house tenants who have disabilities.
The move heralds more cut backs from the foundation after they had to 8 staff redundant.
