Two men have appeared in court charged with stealing heating oil belonging to Douglas Council.
32 year old Dean Anthony Whitehead of Heather Crescent in Pulrose and 31 year old Shaun Anthony Ward of Anagh Coar Road appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
Both deny theft and criminal damage at an address in Anagh Coar Lane on November 21.
Both were granted bail and will next appear in court for a pre-trial review on January 30.
