The Department of Home Affairs says it's hopeful the House of Keys will rush through new drug legislation tomorrow.
Last week it was revealed that prisoners at Jurby are no longer being drug tested because the appropriate laws are not in place.
It means for the last 12 years prison officers have been testing inmates for use of controlled substances illegally.
Tomorrow the Home Affairs Minister will take the Custody Bill to the House to be amended.
