A motorist ended up in court for drug driving after he crashed into the back of another car.
William Prince, of The Threshold in Jurby, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 34 year old admitted drug-driving on the Andreas Road on October 17 last year.
The court heard he crashed into another car and tested positive for cannabis - he was three times over the drug's legal limit.
He was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £125 costs, as well as being banned from driving for two years.
