The Island's largest local authority will meet this morning to set its rates for the coming year.
Douglas Council will sit in the Town Hall on Ridgeway Street from 10am.
Council leader David Christian will deliver his budget speech - detailing the authority's spending plans for the next year.
Members of the public can attend the meeting.
