A 20mph speed limit on Douglas Promenade comes into force today for six months.
It will be in place in localised areas until 6pm on Monday, May 19 next year.
It's while work continues for the Douglas Promenade Refurbishment Scheme.
The Department of Infrastructure says signs indicating the new limit will be on display.
