A man will appear in court again in July over an allegation he assaulted a woman.
Christopher Quilliam of Watterson Close in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse through a live video link from prison.
The 50 year old denies carrying out the attack on May 6.
There was no application for bail and he was remanded in custody until his next appearance on July 15.
