A seafront hotel in Douglas has been put on the market by its owners for £650,000.
The Ingledene on Central Promenade is being advertised by local estate agents Chrystals.
The five-storey building has planning permission to become an aparthotel with a ground-floor reception, bar and lounge area.
In its listing, Chrystals describes the hotel as a blank-slate development ideal for investors.
