A Douglas bar has been named as one of the UK’s happiest places to work in hospitality.
Kiki Lounge was selected from over 450 candidates, making it the first time a Manx business has featured in the awards.
It celebrates venues which go above and beyond to support and retain their employees.
The tropical-themed bar on North Quay has been recognised for its workplace culture, including its four-day week for full-time staff.
