Officials are warning people not to fall for a scam which uses a spoofed Manx phone number.
The Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance says it's received reports of fake phone calls purporting to be from online retail giant Amazon.
But the calls, using an 01624 prefix, are from scammers.
The OCSIA says people shouldn't engage with the callers, and should report any scams via its website.
