The Department of Infrastructure has unveiled its proposed new look for the promenade.
The newest design includes a renovation of the south end of the prom, in the hopes to improve traffic flow.
The plans also include a cultural area near the Gaiety Theatre and Villa Marina, as well as the installation of new gas and water mains.
Last year, Tynwald approved a £20 million development scheme for the prom and pending approval the newest plans will be the first phase of the scheme.
