The Department of Infrastructure says it's setting up stocks of sandbags around the Island for anyone whose property is at risk of coastal overtopping.
Ronaldsway Met Office has an amber weather warning in force until this afternoon, Tuesday, February 3.
Sandbags are available from Market Square in Ramsey, Laxey promenade and harbour boatyard, and School Lane and the bottom of Shore Road in Castletown.
Meanwhile Douglas residents can get them in various spots along King Edward Road and Central Promenade, including the electric tram terminal and bottom of Broadway.
Stockpiles can also be found at the bottom of Summerhill, and in front of the Palace Hotel and Spectrum Apartments.
