Could you run a new glamping site in the North of the Island? If so, the Department of Infrastructure wants to hear from you.
It says it's renting out part of Dhoon Glen for glamping - although the site still needs planning permission.
On Facebook, the DOI says the proposed site would cost around £5,000 a year.
It's now asking for expressions of interest to be sent to ellen.collister@gov.im by March 22.
