The Department of Infrastructure says it's finished work on more than 160,000 square metres of the Island's roads this summer.
In a post on Facebook, it says contractors tackled 29 roads in its summer surface treatment programme, which finished in July.
But it says it'll be going out to tender soon for a new maintenance contract.
And it adds if it gets the necessary approvals, there'll be more improvement works next summer.
