Police are reiterating a warning to dog owners to keep their animals under control.
Last year saw a high percentage of sheep attacks, resulting in a number of dead animals.
The latest attack happened at Langness on Monday of last week, this time however the injuries were not life-threatening.
In the event of a dog attack farmers are able to shoot the offending animal.
