Police are warning dog owners to keep their pets on leads in the countryside, as lambing season gets underway.
Officers say if sheep are worried by dogs there's a risk they'll miscarry their lambs.
They're reminding dog walkers to behave responsibly and keep their four-legged friends firmly under control.
On Facebook, the Western Neighbourhood Policing Team says although it wants everyone to enjoy the countryside, there has to be respect for livestock.
