A dog owner has been fined after allowing his dog to foul on the pavement.
Douglas Council secured a prosecution against the man from Douglas under the Dogs Act 1990.
The man received a fine of £128 plus costs, including the cost of sending a team out to clean the area.
The Council says it will take action against those who flout the town’s byelaws.
