A doctor's surgery in Douglas has applied for planning permission to make changes to its entrance.
The Department of Health and Social Care says it wants to widen the entrance to the facility on Westmoreland Road.
In its application, the department says it wants to widen an existing entrance corridor into a courtyard.
The Kensington surgery also says it wants to put up new signs in the building.
