A dinner event has raised more than £3,600 for a local charity.
The Sporting and Dining Club’s recent dinner, featuring sports promotor Barry Hearn OBE, collected £3,654 in donations to chosen charity, Naseem’s Brain Tumour Charity.
The charity was founded in 2009 by the late Naseem Pishvaie, who suffered from a brain tumour herself.
Donations will go towards financial assistance and supporting assistance for those with brain tumours on the Island.
