A woman has failed in her attempt to bring an employment tribunal against her employer.
The DHSC appealed after healthcare worker Helen Whelan started a claim for constructive dismissal on the grounds she'd been bullied.
During the hearing, the department argued she'd submitted her claim too late and said there'd been a misunderstanding over a zero-hour contract.
The tribunal found she could not proceed with her out-of-time claim.
