Part of the Mountain Road will close again next weekend while the Department for Enterprise carries out filming.
The route will shut from the Bungalow to Ramsey for the shoot at Guthrie's Memorial.
The department says it only needs round an hour to get the work done but has applied for a road closure from 2.30pm until 5.30pm on Sunday, April 27.
This week, the road is closed while the Department of Infrastructure carries out work and installs race equipment for TT.
