Developing land in Douglas could help boost the local economy and create new jobs.
That's the belief of the Policy and Reform Minister after an independent report suggested that development should take place on land south of Cooil Road:
It's part of an initiative to release new land to support economic growth - 'Site 9' has been assessed as having potential for employment purposes.
