A Manx developer has applied for permission to make changes to a housing estate it's building on the site of a former hotel in Ramsey.
Shearwater Ltd was given the green light to build nine houses on the site of the Former Grand Island Hotel on Bride Road in December 2015.
But it now wants to change the width of an access road that would lead onto the estate.
The company says it's widening the road to bring it in line with Department of Infrastructure standards so it can be adopted by the DOI.
