A church hall in the centre of Andreas is set to be pulled down - if planners give the go-ahead.
Officials from the Parish of the Northern Plain have applied to demolish the building on Main Road.
In their planning application, they say they want to clear the site.
And they say if planning permission is granted, they'd carry out a survey on a house connected to the building to make sure it hasn't been damaged by work.
