Delays On Island Roads Due To Icy Conditions

Motorists and pedestrians are being urged to take extra care on the roads this morning.

Delays are expected as it's the first day back to school, and there are numerous road closures in place because of the heavy snowfall over the weekend.

The Mountain Road is still closed as is Brandywell and Thot Y Will Road.

The switchback and the Sloc are impassable and Dalby Road is closed from Patrick Village to Round Table.

All bus services are operating as normal this morning however schools services aren't covering Foxdale or The hope.
