There is a delay to the launch of the cannabis dispensing service on Island due to 'unforeseen technical issues.'
That's according to the government who says the problems are between the Department of Health and Social Care and the UK Home Office.
Final negotiations should be finished within the next two weeks as a 'matter of urgency.'
The department apologises for the delay and says it's hoped that Karsons can start providing the service by the end of October.
