The Department of Economic Development wants your views about upping the Island's minimum wage.
The committee that oversees pay rates is considering changes that would take effect next April, and is asking for people to comment.
Currently, those aged 21 and over earn £7 per hour, over-18s get £6.65 and school leavers under 18 earn £5.40 an hour.
You have until Friday, December 2 to email your views to dedemployment@gov.im
