A deemster will reveal whether a group fighting for new inquests into the Summerland disaster has won a vital appeal this week.

It appealed against that decision in a case heard earlier this year.
Deemster Corlett is due to hand down his judgment at Douglas Courthouse from 2pm this Thursday, June 17.
