A woman who’s been accused of causing the death of a cyclist in Kirk Michael has had the case against her adjourned until next year.
63-year-old Linda Thompson appeared before the Magistrates Court this morning.
The Sulby woman has been charged with causing the death of Kathryn Burge on August 4th by careless or inconsiderate driving.
The court heard there was still a “substantial” amount of paperwork that needed reviewing before progress can be made.
No pleas were entered – she will next appear in court on January 15th.
